Shipping Information

1. Delivery times
All orders are accepted subject to availability. Delivery times specified by us will be observed after clarification of the technical details, subject to the timely arrival of the desired deliveries. We are not responsible for operational disruptions, strikes, lockouts, regardless of the reason, or for all cases of force majeure, nor for delayed deliveries from our sub-suppliers. In this respect, we are released from appointment commitments.

2. Shipping and Delivery Costs
Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver throughout Switzerland (excluding islands) to the curb. Access must be suitable for a van.

Shipping:

Up to 150 kilometers by road from Frauenfeld: delivery costs CHF 100.-
From 150 road kilometers away from Frauenfeld: delivery costs CHF 200.-

Deliveries abroad are generally possible! Please ask us about the shipping costs. Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
